PPPoE or Point-to-point protocol over ethernet is a way of connecting within our wired and wireless Wifibri network.

In short, it ensures that you only have to enter your Wi-Fi account information once in your PPPoE compatible device and then your device does the rest automatically.

How do you get started

Before you can even connect to our PPPoE server, you must make sure that your device is compatible with PPPoE. You can check this in the manual or via a search engine on the internet.

If you are sure how to connect your device to PPPoE, you can just enter your details and you should connect right away. after which you should be able to access the internet without any problems.

Requirements of the Wifibri PPPoE network

There are some requirements for the network, these are:

  • As mentioned before a compatible PPPoE device,
  • Wifibri wired network must be present for wired connection.
  • Wifibri public must be present for wireless connection
